Earlier this year, we partnered with the Animal and Environment Association (AEA) in Bethlehem to bring ten dogs from Palestine to the safety of the United States. It was a challenging mission, but these brave dogs are now all in loving homes, living the safe and happy lives they deserve.
Unfortunately, conditions in the West Bank continue to deteriorate, affecting both people and animals. Supplies are running low, and AEA has limited funds to purchase essential food and medicine. The animals are terrified by the constant noise of bombs and fighting. As more people flee the region, more animals are left behind, desperate for help.
AEA is determined to rescue as many animals as possible but can’t do it alone. The shelter has dozens of dogs in need of loving homes. Will you open your heart and home to one of these animals? When you adopt one dog, you actually save two by making room for another rescue from the dangerous streets.
Check Out Some of The Available Dogs:
Mountaser: Male, 6 Months Old, Mix Breed (Special Needs)
Mountaser’s journey began on the unforgiving streets, where a vehicle struck him, severely injuring his leg. Eventually, his leg had to be amputated. But losing his hind leg has not slowed Mountaser down at all. He remains a happy and playful dog with an incredible spirit. Now, Mountaser is searching for a forever home where he can bask in the warmth of love.
Tiger: Male, 10 Years Old, Plott Hound Mix
Tiger came to the shelter from an abusive home; his ears were missing, and he had a large gash. Initially, Tiger was timid but he soon emerged from his shell and transformed into a big puppy. He is very affectionate and enjoys cuddles. Tiger is good with children but needs a home where every person can support his training. He is good with other dogs as long as he is fed separately.
Zelda: Female, 2 Years Old, Mix Breed
Zelda’s journey began when she was rescued as a puppy, hiding in a hole near a parking lot. Since then, she’s grown into a playful and affectionate companion. Zelda has been spayed, vaccinated, and chipped, all set for her next adventure in a loving home. Her charming personality is sure to bring joy to any family.
Valeria: Female, 2.5 Years Old, Mix Breed
This sweet girl was rescued from the streets of Ramallah when she was just a puppy. She is a shy but friendly dog looking for the perfect family to help her blossom.
