Cairo Animal Rescue Team (CART) was founded in 2017 in Cairo, Egypt. Focused on rescuing the abandoned and abused animals in their community, CART is providing a brighter future for the animals of Egypt.
CART is a shelter-based rescue organization that provides veterinary care, rehabilitation, rehoming and humane education as well as advocating for better animal protection laws. No animal is turned away, CART provides care to all creatures from cats to monkeys.
SPCA International is proud to support Cairo Animal Rescue Team as they improve the standard of animal welfare in their community.
