Founded in 2005, Campaign Against Cruelty to Animals in Sierra Leone (CCA-SL) was founded by a coalition of Sierra Leoneans passionate about animal welfare and rights in their community.

Over the past 11 years CCA-SL has not only provided essential care and protection to the animals in their area but they have also brought humane education to the people of Sierra Leone though campaigns, radio shows and school programs.

SPCA International is thrilled to support Campaign Against Cruelty to Animals in Sierra Leone as they bring essential medical care and food to the hungry and sick community stray dogs.
