Their Work
Georgian Cat Lovers Club (GCLC) is a registered non-governmental local organization in Tbilisi, Georgia. Their main goal is to protect and care for Tbilisi ́s stray cat population. Through their Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate, and Return (TNVR) campaigns, GCLC ensures that these community animals are sterilized and vaccinated. They also take in cats and kittens that need medical attention and a safe place to heal. When appropriate, they help find these animals loving forever homes. To prevent pets from being surrendered and ensure that animals get the best care possible, GCLC supports community members who are struggling financially and cannot afford to feed or care for their pets.
SPCA International is proud to support the Georgian Cat Lovers Club in its efforts to improve the lives of stray and owned animals in Georgia.
