Simabo

Simabo is a non-profit organization focused on improving the living conditions of the cats and dogs of the islands of Cape Verde. For the last decade, they have provided emergency treatment for street animals undergoing severe suffering, rescued and found permanent homes for abandoned and neglected animals, and reduced the number of stray animals through sterilization campaigns. They have made significant strides and continue to work to increase animal rights awareness in the local community.

SPCA International is honored to support Simabo and its incredible ongoing efforts to combat the mistreatment of stray animals.
