Founded over a decade ago, Association Datcha for the Protection of Homeless Animal (Datcha) has been focused on advocating for a better life for the stray and neglected animals of Moldova.

Datcha’s employees and volunteers work tirelessly providing care to roughly 1,000 animals every year. Datcha’s team pulls animals from the local kill shelter as well as rescuing abandoned animals off the streets. Every cat and dog that comes into their care receive proper medical treatment and is spayed or neutered before finding a loving forever home. In addition to the animals in their care at the shelter the Datcha team also brings food to stray animal colonies in surrounding areas.

International Organization for Animal Protection, Cameroon (OIPA) was founded over 8 years ago with a focus to help and improve animal welfare in Cameroon.

OIPA has been working with local government and communities to ensure that all animals, domesticated and wild are protected. Through sterilization clinics, educational outreach, vaccination clinics, rescue and rehabilitation, OIPA is able to help 170 animals every year.

SPCA International is proud to support International Organization for Animal Protection, Cameroon in the development of their mobile clinic to help the stray animals in the Chomba community.

Founded in 2010, Meru Animal Welfare Organization (MAWO) has been working to improve the lives of all animals in Tanzania.

Through mobile outreach, MAWO provides essential medical care to donkeys, dogs and cats in multiple regions across Tanzania. In addition to the medical care that MAWO provides, they also promote humane education in communities and schools, provide disease prevention and control, lobby for stronger protections for animals in Tanzania, and train the proper restraint and care of animals.

Since 2005 Lanta Animal Welfare (LAW) has been dedicated to improving the lives of all animals in Koh Lanta, Thailand.

As the only veterinary service provider in Koh Lanta LAW has been working tirelessly to decrease the stray population in Koh Lanta as well as surrounding islands and on the mainland. Since their inception LAW has helped 25,000 animals and counting. In response to the cruelty seen towards stray animals LAW has developed school humane education programs both on Koh Lanta and in mobile clinic locations.

Founded in Costa Rica, El Refugio Hogar Animal Costa Ballena’s mission has been to decrease the stray population and help the homeless dogs and cats of Costa Ballena find forever loving homes.

El Refugio Hogar Animal Costa Ballena has been working hard to provide a brighter future for the stray and abandoned animals of Costa Rica. Through rescue, adoption, humane education, sterilization clinics and low-income community outreach El Refugio Hogar Animal Costa Ballena has been able to help over 1,300 animals since 2017.

Morocco Animal Aid has been working diligently with their team on the ground to promote trap-neuter-vaccinate-release programs as well as humane education, rescue, rehabilitation and adoption. With roughly 150 animals in their care at any given time, Morocco Animal Aid’s primary focus is on the dogs and cats of Morocco, they won’t turn away any animal in need.

Founded over 4 years ago, Animal Rescue Serbia was built on the belief that animal rescue and welfare should be accessible to all citizens regardless of financial situations or if an animal is owned, abandoned or wild.

Run by 70 dedicated volunteers, Animal Rescue Serbia helps an average of 500 animals every year.  From domestic animals to wildlife, Animal Rescue Serbia is prepared to help them all. In addition to their rescue and adoption work, Animal Rescue Serbia is providing humane education to children with goals to shape a new generation of adults who love and value animals.

Corazones Gatunos

Corazones Gatunos has been working for over 4 years to reduce the number of abandoned cats in Lima, Peru.

Through rescue, adoption, community outreach and sterilization Corazones Gatunos has been helping an average of 600 cats every year. With the establishment of their welcoming foster home in 2019 Corazones Gatunos has been able to provide the cats in their care and prospective adopters with a warm and friendly environment. This new foster home helped increase adoptions, with 85 cats finding loving homes in just 3 months.

World of Angels Foundation

Since 2019 World of Angels Foundation (WOA) has been focused on supporting the on-going activities of six sanctuaries in China.

Through local collaboration, WOA has been working to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome dogs who have be abandoned, abused or victims of the dog meat trade. Within their six partner sanctuaries, WOA has been able to help 1400 dogs in the last year with a goal to facilitate 100 international adoptions in the U.S. in 2020.

SPCA International is proud to partner with World of Angels Foundation to support construction and renovation projects of their sanctuaries to enable them to assist more animals during the coronavirus crisis.

Founded over 14 years ago in Galati, Romania the Romanian League in Defense of Animals, Inc (ROLDA) has been working tirelessly to improve the lives of the stray and abandoned animals in their community.

There are a reported 2.5 million stray animals in Romania. This large population is vulnerable to abuse from local communities,  ROLDA’s mission is to humanely decrease the stray population through sterilization, rescue, rehabilitation, adoption, community outreach and humane education. On average ROLDA provides essential care to 1,000 animals every year.
